Our Policies
Cancellations up to 24 hours before check in will be refunded less booking fee and credit card fees. For cancellations with less than 24 hours, there will be a minimum of 1 night’s charge. No refunds for “no shows.”
Booking Policy
Guests can view our availability and book a campsite online, or email us to make a reservation. To confirm your booking, you must pay for the full amount of the stay by etransfer or credit card.
Credit Card Policy
Upon check in, the cardholder of the credit card used to book must be present and provide valid, government-issued photo ID. If the cardholder cannot be present upon check in, authorization arrangements will need to be made by calling our head office before the arrival date.
Minimum Stay Policy
No minimum stay requirements for campsites. We require a two-night stay minimum stay in our trailer rentals.
Check-in/Check-out policy
To ensure that our staff have plenty of time to perform a thorough clean of our rental trailers and campsites, we have a firm check out time of 11:00 AM and a firm check in time of 3:00 PM.
Guest Policy
While we appreciate and understand the desire to have guests stay on your campsite who are not registered guests of the campground, we respectfully ask that you limit your party to those listed on your reservation. Guests are permitted at the discretion of management and additional fees of $5 per person for day visitors or $10 per person for overnight guests will be required.
Campfire Policy
Each campsite has an open fire pit available for use. We ask that our guests use discretion and keep safety in mind when enjoying their campfires. Our campground follows the direction of the province of New Brunswick. If you are unsure of current fire watch then ask us or consult with the Government of New Brunswick Forest Fire Watch webpage.
